About Me
I have been a qualified Paralegal since 2007 and specialise in probate matters, including the Scottish Confirmation process and estate administration. I am a proud member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and have worked with several of Scotland’s leading law firms, giving me a strong practical understanding of how estates are administered in practice. I understand that dealing with an estate can feel overwhelming, particularly at a difficult time. My approach is supportive, clear and practical, and my clients value the care and reassurance I provide alongside professional, straightforward advice. Every estate is different, and I take pride in offering a highly personalised service, tailored to your circumstances and needs.
Support That Fits Your Circumstances
Every estate is different, and the right level of support depends on your situation. Whether you need a simple review, help with tax forms, or full support where there’s no Will, I offer clear, fixed-price packages to suit your needs.
My Story
My Story Audrey Watson
I created Probate Support Fife after seeing first-hand how confusing and stressful the Scottish Confirmation process can be for families at an already difficult time.
With many years’ experience in Scottish private client work, I wanted to offer a different kind of support — one that is clear, personal and fairly priced. My aim is to help executors understand what is required, avoid common mistakes, and feel confident they are getting things right the first time, without unnecessary stress, delay, or the high legal costs that often come with traditional probate services.
